Journey's End
On frosted earth, beneath the
stars,
The seasons turn once more,
And bitter still, this winter chill
That cleaves you to the core
But worry not of darkened days,
For soon they too will pass,
But while they linger, you will find
Some refuge if you ask
For though the Oak stands
crystalline,
Suspended in its hold,
Beyond the snow, a warming glow
Will beckon from the cold
So come and share the hearth
with me,
Seek shelter from the storm,
For wine and song and revelry
Will see us through the dawn
We'll praise the Goddess for
her grace,
And cast the circle wide,
For seasons come and seasons go
But some things never die...
